The IIE Scholar Rescue Fund hopes to assist as many qualifying candidates as possible. Due to limited resources, however, SRF must focus assistance on the most senior, and most threatened scholars. For junior scholars, students and professionals who do not qualify for a Scholar Rescue Fund fellowship, the following list of programs and other fellowship opportunities may offer more suitable support.
