Visa and residency status questions often arise in preparation for continued academic work in the host country or another (third) country. IIE-SRF strongly advises seeking legal assistance for all matters that are not supported through a university’s standard visa services. IIE-SRF has the great fortune of working with well-respected law firms and legal professionals who may be able to help.
